My name is Sarah Goldsack and I have worked in the fitness industry for many years.
I love my job as I get to do something I enjoy every day and it keeps me fit and healthy.
My passion is seeing the improvement in my participants from their first class, when they are nervous and unconfident to a few weeks later when they are delighted to find they DO NOT have two left feet and are fitter, more toned and really enjoying the classes.
We work harder and burn more calories in my dance fitness classes than we ever did in spin, step or aerobics as you are so engrossed in the fabulous music and enjoying the routines you just don’t realise how much harder you are working more of the muscles in your body.
It is important to me that you reach your goals and I am happy to answer any queries you may have. Together we can get you ‘out of the rut’ and on the path to body confidence and happiness so please contact me to discuss any queries you may have and never fear you will not be the only new girl in the class. We have all been there and are a really friendly encouraging bunch with the same goals and hang ups.
